As a small business, we are committed to delivering a high-quality bespoke service to all of our customers. However, we cannot ship deliveries every working day.
To manage your expectations, please read through our shipping policy. To ship our products, we use Royal Mail. On 25th March 2024, Royal Mail introduced a price change on some of their services. Visit here for more information on their price list.
DISPATCH
We dispatch orders every Monday & Thursday.Customers must order before 6pm on Sundays for dispatch by close-of-business on Mondays, and 6pm on Wednesdays for dispatch by close-of-business on Thursdays.

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD DELIVERY
Royal Mail International Standard - We no longer offer this service.
International Signed - International postage rates will apply and prices set are by Royal Mail.
Although we do our best to include all the necessary information for international customs, sometimes our parcels get stopped at borders for inspection, prolonging the delivery time.
COLLECTION
Orders for collection are prepared every Monday & Thursday.
Orders placed before 6pm on Sundays will be prepared by close of business on Mondays, ready for collection from Tuesdays.
Orders placed before 6pm on Wednesdays will be prepared by close of business on Thursdays, ready for collection from Fridays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
